Week of 12.12.16

The President’s Corner

December 12, 2016

Hello Rotaract and Friends. I hope after such a full week of Rotaract activities that you are not tired of seeing my face, because I had a great time! Thank you to District Governor, Marshall Butler for joining us last Thursday. His Rotary story and presentation concerning the current plans for the organization was very entertaining.

I would like to take the opportunity to welcome our newest member, Rachel Starford. She comes to us from the Beaches Rotaract and is also heavily involved in Junior League.

Lastly, to all of our members, consider registering for the Rotary International Convention in Atlanta (June 10-14, 2017). This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to attend the convention so close to home. A few members have already registered, so you will not be attending alone. More information can be found here: http://www.riconvention.org/

Please note, our next membership meeting is January 12th, 2017.
