The Collective Force of First Coast Rotaract

At First Coast Rotaract, professional ambition and community engagement go hand in hand. Based in the heart of Jacksonville, our club serves as a vibrant hub for the city’s next generation of leaders, young professionals who are as dedicated to building genuine relationships as they are to making a lasting civic impact.

We believe that the best networking happens naturally when diverse perspectives collide. Our membership reflects a rich cultural tapestry, bringing together a dynamic blend of backgrounds that includes 61.5% White, 19.2% Asian, 11.5% African American, and 7.7% Hispanic professionals, including many foreign-born and first-generation immigrants. That balanced dynamic extends directly to our leadership, with our current board of directors being 55% men and 45% women.. This diversity is our greatest asset, fostering lively, multifaceted conversations whether we are collaborating on a service project or connecting at a local social gathering.

What truly sets First Coast Rotaract apart is the sheer breadth of expertise represented around our table. On any given evening, you might find a startup founder swapping strategies with corporate professionals from major financial institutions like Citi and SoFi, or a local educator talking strategy with marketing freelancers, HR specialists, or PhDs.

The First Coast Experience: We bridge the gap between career and community. By day, our members are driving the economic and structural future of the River City. By night, we are a welcoming circle of peers, turning professional alignment into genuine, lifelong friendships.
