Past Events

Activities organized by the Rotaract Club strive to develop and enhance a member’s commitment to the community and his or her own personal growth. Community service activities are mixed with social opportunities so members learn to work — and play — as a team and achieve great things.

One of our favorite social events was a destination meeting at Burlock & Barrel, a local whiskey distillery new to the Jacksonville area (picture above), traveling to St. Augustine for the famous Night of Lights, our annual holiday parties, bowling, Riverside Arts Market, Cummer, and many more! 

Our most recent service events include building with Habijax, donating food to BEAM for their food pantry, serving food at the Clara White Mission, assisting at Angels for Allison Festival of Flight, and packing meals with Rotary at Rise Against Hunger….just to name a few. 

Our Rotaract Club meets the second and fourth Thursdays of every month at 6:00 p.m. at Ruby Beach Brewing Company. Meetings may feature an outside speaker, meeting business and dinner afterward at a local restaurant.

Even if you can’t make the meetings, there are plenty of other opportunities to get involved. From after-work or weekend community service projects, to fun outings such as house parties, dinners, movie nights and more, there is much to choose from in First Coast Rotaract.
