The President’s Corner
November 23, 2015
Happy early Thanksgiving! As Rotaractors, we have much to be thankful for: being among a group of young professionals with many life-long friendships made & the opportunity to give through service to our club and community.
We will not be having our meeting on this 4th Thursday because it’s Thanksgiving! We will see you at our next meeting on Thursday, December 10th.
This last Saturday we had our monthly service event with Farm Share. First Coast Rotaractors bagged and loaded 600 grocery bags for families in our community. That’s a lot of groceries!!
December is always a busy month with the holidays, so make sure you save the dates for our social and service event for December! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and we will see you in December.
Have a great week,
– Jen Suharmadji
First Coast Rotaract meets at Hightide Burrtito Co. the 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month. Join us for networking & socializing at 5:30pm, followed by our meeting at 6:15pm. Guests are always welcome at our meetings, service, and social events.

Club Social Save the date for our next social event: Our Annual Holiday Party. It will be on Saturday, December 12th at 7:00pm at our President-Elect Tony Brazell’s House. It is members only plus significant others. So if you are membership-eligible (attend two meetings & a service event) then get your application in so you can attend.
Our Annual Holiday Party is a time for the club to come together and celebrate and be merry.
We will be having a potluck style dinner and Rotaract will be providing the turkey and/or ham.
