Reddie Point Preserve Adopted Park

We have officially adopted Reddie Point Preserve, a local gem that we are dedicated to protecting and maintaining for everyone to enjoy.

Our impact was felt immediately. In just our first two cleanups, our incredible volunteers collected a total of 66 bags of trash, clearing the trails and shoreline of debris.

These events have become a wonderful bridge between our club and the broader Jacksonville community. We’ve seen over 30 attendees join forces, including:

  • Young Professionals looking to give back and network with a purpose.
  • Local Families who dropped by to spend their morning teaching the next generation about conservation.
  • Park Visitors who saw the effort in action and decided to lend a hand.

Whether you are a seasoned volunteer or a neighbor just passing through, there is a place for you at our next cleanup. Together, we are ensuring that Reddie Point remains a vibrant, clean, and beautiful space for the First Coast.

Lifeline Center of Hope Drive Through Food Bank

irst Coast Rotaract has established a bimonthly volunteer partnership with the Lifeline Center of Hope, a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit right here in Jacksonville.

Founded with a mission to be a “lifeline” for those navigating hard times, the Center provides essential resources to families and individuals in our community. Our members will be stepping in twice a month to support their Food Pantry Giveaway, which serves as a vital source of nourishment and encouragement for local residents.

By joining forces with Lifeline Center of Hope, we are moving beyond cleanups to address food insecurity directly. Whether we are stocking shelves, organizing distributions, or simply offering a friendly face to those in need, our goal is to help the Center continue its incredible work of strengthening Jacksonville’s families.
