President
Zachary Bleam
This is the club’s leader who works to ensure that its activities and projects are successfully promoted and completed. They are responsible for club operations, delegating responsibilities to members, establishing meeting schedules and developing committees and nominating a member for the Scott Amos Member of the Year Award. They maintain a regular communication with the South Jax Rotary and the District Rotaract Representative. Zach is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and in his spare time enjoys woodworking, restoring cars, and drawing. He is currently restoring a 1993 Chevy truck!
Immediate Past President
Dillan Mohottige
This person serves in a general advisory position to the board, serves as a backup to the president and vice president and is responsible for ensuring all other board responsibilities are met. Dillan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and Virginia Tech with degrees in Civil Engineering that he currently puts to use as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers! When it comes to First Coast Rotaract, Dillan is especially motivated by the opportunity to combine leadership, service, and personal growth. Whether it’s helping organize service projects or supporting community outreach, he’s committed to making a positive difference alongside others who are equally driven.
 
 
 
Vice President and President Elect and Director of Club Social and Outreach
Kelsea Peacock
As assistant to the President, this person works to ensure goals and projects are carried out through the year, including membership growth and retention. They ascend to the office of President in the event of the President’s absence.
Club Service plans one social event each month; including the Hail and Farewell party in June, a Halloween party in October and an annual Holiday party in December. They are also responsible for arranging dinner after each meeting. Kelsea is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting, and a UNF alum with a Masters in Accounting! She joined Rotaract to become more involved in the community and to connect with like-minded young professionals. Her dedication to creating inclusive, meaningful social experiences has helped the club grow its presence and impact.
Director of Community Service

Rishabh Prakash

The Community Service chair plans at least one community service project each month and works with local organizations to ensure that different activities are planned each year. A passionate community builder, Rishabh joined Rotaract to make meaningful connections and get more involved in giving back to the community. With a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and a dual MSc in International Business and Business Analytics from Hult International Business School, he brings both analytical insight and a global perspective to our club’s service initiatives.
 
Sargeant at Arms
A.J. Allen
This is the person who liaisons with our meeting facility, prepares for meetings with signage and name badges, tracks attendance at all meetings, welcomes new members and guests at meetings, inducts new members and distributes their certificates and pins. A.J. is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts and enjoys gaming, creating art, and playing or watching sports in his spare time.
Treasurer 
Samu Tanaka-Blitch
As collector and disburser of club funds, this person is responsible for financial stability of the club through budgeting, dues collection and bill paying. Samu Tanaka Blitch is excited to serve as Treasurer for First Coast Rotaract this year! After previously holding the position of Director of Service, Samu brings valuable experience and a passion for giving back. He originally joined Rotaract to further contribute to the community through meaningful service, and that commitment continues to drive his involvement today.
A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Samu balances his technical background with creative hobbies like crafting, gaming, and walking.
Professional Development

The Professional Development chair invites, introduces and arranges for speakers at every meeting, coordinates “Craft Talk” sessions at meetings and promotes ethics and integrity among members.

Board Member-at-Large
Lee Adkins-Begley

The Board Member-at-Large supports committee work as vice chair, represents member interests in club decisions, and assists with additional tasks as needed. Lee joined Rotaract with a desire to give back to the community while building meaningful connections with new people, and continues to bring energy and creativity to both service projects and social events.
A graduate of the University of North Florida, Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a minor in Business Administration. After spending time living abroad teaching English, Lee recently returned home and brings a broadened worldview and renewed enthusiasm for local engagement.
