Gala tickets are now available for sale online. The 2009 Rotaract Black Tie Blue Jeans Gala is themed Fire and Ice and will be held on March 21, 2008 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. downtown at the Jacksonville Main Public Library at 303 North Laura Street.
